Process Planning

Our services in this area are based on our customers’ drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation. From these, we create the necessary manufacturing data and CNC programs, implementing the specifications precisely, economically, and in a production-friendly manner during mechanical processing.

Depending on the project, we manufacture individual components according to drawings or assemble complete subassemblies and entire machines based on prior customer documentation. With provided documents, e.g., from EPLAN, we also carry out electrical installations according to customer specifications and deliver completely pre-installed system components.

Subassemblies & Installation

After the production of individual parts, we also undertake the assembly of complete subassemblies, including subsequent functional testing, upon request. This is based on the bill of materials and specifications provided by the customer, which we precisely follow throughout all implementation processes. This ensures that all components are integrated into the subassembly with a perfect fit, and according to the defined requirements.

The scope of services includes both the processing of manufactured individual parts and the use of commercial, standard, and purchased parts. Depending on customer requirements, these components can either be procured by us or supplied by the customer. In this way, we enable flexible and efficient implementation of complete subassemblies, tailored to the respective processes, requirements, and procurement channels of our customers.

Quality Assurance & Measurement

Before delivery, we carefully inspect any and all manufactured components, subassemblies, and parts based on the given requirements, drawings, and specifications. The focus is on dimensional accuracy, functional testing, and reliable quality assurance to consistently maintain high standards.

For more complex assemblies, we additionally control defined functions of individual components as well as the interaction of multiple parts. Upon request, we create measurement reports for manufactured parts and test reports for defined functions of assembled subassemblies.
