In recent weeks, several closing machines have been at the center of production at RK Technology.

A medium-sized closing machine was manufactured in record time as part of an express production and successfully delivered to our customer.

Two further closing machines of this size are currently in production and will be handed over to our customer by the end of July. This once again underlines RK Technology’s ability to ensure the reliable implementation of complex assemblies, even with demanding schedules.

A Gigant closing machine was also in production once again. This version has now been successfully manufactured by RK Technology for the third time. During the acceptance process, we were directly on-site and were able to perform a 3D measurement for the first time using our new coordinate measuring system from Keyence.

The production, assembly, and organization of the heavy-duty transport for the assembly, which weighs a total of 25 tons, proceeded smoothly. This was based in particular on the positive experiences from previous projects, which allowed processes, interfaces, and logistical requirements to be implemented efficiently.

With the renewed successful implementation of the Gigant closing machine, RK Technology confirms its expertise in the production, assembly, and acceptance of sophisticated special-purpose machinery manufacturing and large-scale assemblies.
