The assembly inspectiong of iris apertures was the focus of an on-site appointment to which Mr. Roszyk and Mr. Schaufler traveled to Turkey together with the production manager, purchasing manager, and a specialist from our customer’s final assembly. The objective was to gain a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing and logistical capabilities directly on-site.

At the same time, the appointment provided an opportunity to thoroughly examine the actual conditions in the real production environment. Particularly with new or expanding partnerships, the personal impression on-site is an important factor for evaluating capabilities not only theoretically but under real conditions.

In addition to the actual acceptance of the assembly, the focus was primarily on production conditions, existing quality standards, and available capacities. Through direct exchange on-site, the existing capabilities could be realistically assessed and the prerequisites for future projects could be concretely evaluated. The manufacturing capabilities in Turkey could also be assessed in a much more tangible and reliable manner this way.
